Job Overview
We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Project Manager - Privacy Operations. This remote role is integral to the advancement of our privacy initiatives, where you will manage various aspects of privacy operations while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and respond to requests concerning privacy operations.
- Identify and execute improvements in processes and workflows.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams regarding strategies and operational execution.
- Draft and manage communications related to privacy processes and strategies.
- Monitor project progress, highlight dependencies, and identify blockers.
- Create and update dashboards to improve visibility for stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Project Management (PMP certification is preferred).
- A proactive mindset when tackling problems, especially in complex situations with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in process creation, implementation, and execution.
- Familiarity with Privacy Programs is advantageous.
- Strong business insight, including understanding of metrics, strategy, and operations.
- Experience in preparing presentations and documentation, with the ability to convey findings effectively to management.
- Proficiency in Jira/Atlassian tools is preferred.
- CIPP certification is a valuable asset.
Qualifications
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
